• Late payments may cause delays or cancellation.

5. Orders & Confirmation

• All orders are reviewed before approval.

• An order is confirmed only after full or partial payment (depending on agreement).

• We reserve the right to decline orders without explanation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on product availability, processing, customs, and shipping conditions.
Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer unless other terms are agreed.

HSL Trade is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Port congestion

• Strikes or unforeseen events (Force Majeure)

7. Inspection & Quality Assurance

• All products are ethically sourced and quality-checked.

• Buyers must inspect products upon delivery.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours, including photos or videos as proof.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of commodities, returns are not accepted, except when:

• The delivered product does not match the agreed specifications

• Issues are reported within the required timeframe

Refunds or replacements are evaluated case-by-case.
